All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on all products including graphics and websites.

If client account is in arrears or payment is not made within 10 days of domain renewals the domain will be cancelled. After 10 days you will have 14 days to complete payment. After 30 days of site being cancelled you will have 30 more days to recover for a $150 service reconnection fee.
